RingOn started with a simple idea: when you need help, your phone should not be your only option.

In real life, a phone may be in a bag, across the room, out of reach, or simply too complicated to use in the moment. Finding it, unlocking it, deciding who to contact, and explaining what is happening can be too many steps.

We are building RingOn to make that first step simpler. A safety ring you can wear every day, with a button you can press to signal for help.

Why we are building it.

We want people to feel more free to live their lives. Go out. Work late. Travel. Run. Date. Explore. Be independent. Safety should support that freedom, not replace it with fear.

Our goal is to build RingOn to be useful, reliable, easy to wear, and as accessible as we can make it. That means listening before we finalize the product. We are asking people what colors and sizes they would actually wear, what matters to them, and what they wish a safety wearable could do better.

Instead of asking you to pay while we are still finalizing production and pricing, we are asking you to help us make better decisions. Tell us which RingOn you would want, and we will put $10 toward your RingOn when it is ready to order.

Our bigger mission.

RingOn is being built as more than a piece of hardware. Our long-term mission is to help improve personal safety infrastructure so that signaling for help can become faster, simpler, and more accessible.

We care deeply about the realities women face, including sexual assault, exploitation, and trafficking. Technology cannot solve those problems by itself, and we will not pretend that a ring can. What we can do is build better tools that give people another way to act, connect, and ask for help when it matters.
