Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how RingOn collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, join a waitlist, communicate with us, purchase a product, or use RingOn applications, devices, subscriptions, and related services as they become available.

1. Who we are.

RingOn is operated by WoHeSa Corporation d/b/a RingOn (“RingOn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions or privacy requests may be sent to ring@myringon.com.

2. Information we collect.

Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping or billing address, product preferences, ring size or color preferences, survey responses, intended use cases, waitlist information, support requests, messages, and other information you choose to provide.

Transaction information. When paid sales become available, we may receive order, product, shipping, billing, tax, refund, and transaction information. Payments may be processed by Shopify or other payment providers. We generally do not receive the full payment-card number when a payment provider processes the transaction.

Website and device information. We and our service providers may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or usage information.

RingOn product and safety-service information. If and when you use RingOn features that require it, we may process device identifiers, connectivity or diagnostic information, activation or button-event data, account settings, trusted-contact information, and precise or approximate location information. The specific information used by a feature will depend on the product and service you choose and the permissions you enable.

3. How we use information.

We may use personal information to operate and improve RingOn; maintain waitlists and product-interest records; communicate with you; provide customer support; process orders, returns, and payments; deliver products and services; configure or support safety features; send requested alerts or communications; prevent fraud and abuse; secure our systems; conduct analytics; personalize content; measure and improve marketing where permitted; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

4. Cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as keeping the website operational, remembering preferences, understanding site performance, and, where permitted, measuring or personalizing marketing. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Optional analytics, preference, or marketing technologies are handled in accordance with applicable consent or opt-out requirements. See our Cookie Policy and available privacy controls for more information.

5. How we disclose information.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors that help us operate the business, including Shopify, hosting and cloud providers, payment processors, email and communications providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, shipping and fulfillment providers, manufacturers or logistics partners where necessary, security and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers.

If you activate a feature that communicates with trusted contacts, professional monitoring providers, emergency services, communications providers, or other safety partners, information reasonably necessary to provide that feature may be disclosed to those recipients or providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, RingOn, or others; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction; or with your direction or consent.

6. Advertising, sale, and sharing choices.

RingOn does not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics activities involving cookies or similar technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under some U.S. privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, we provide required consent or opt-out mechanisms through our privacy controls or other methods described on the website. You may also contact ring@myringon.com with a privacy request.

7. Marketing communications.

We may send marketing emails or other communications when permitted by law and your choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional, service, safety, or account communications may still be sent when necessary to provide a requested service.

8. Retention.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

9. Security.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, wireless connection, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how it is used or disclosed; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

To submit a request, contact ring@myringon.com or use privacy controls made available on the website. You may also have a right to appeal certain decisions where applicable law provides that right. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. California and other U.S. state disclosures.

Depending on your relationship with RingOn, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers and contact information; commercial and transaction information; internet or electronic activity; approximate or precise geolocation where a product feature requires it; device and technical information; inferences based on preferences or interactions; and communications or other information you choose to provide. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes and to the recipients described in this Policy. Where a state law treats advertising-related disclosures as a sale or sharing, we provide the rights required by that law.

12. Children.

Our general website and account-creation experiences are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those experiences without appropriate authorization. If RingOn offers a product or service intended for use by a child that involves personal information such as location data, we will provide the notices, parental or guardian controls, consent mechanisms, and other protections required for that product and jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact ring@myringon.com.

13. International visitors.

If you access RingOn from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where RingOn or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for international transfers and provide rights required by applicable law.

14. Legal bases for certain jurisdictions.

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis for processing, our bases may include performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract; legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving our business; compliance with legal obligations; protection of vital interests where applicable; and consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, subject to applicable law.

15. Third-party services.

Our website and Services may use or link to third-party services. Those third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Shopify provides our commerce platform and processes certain information in connection with the operation of the store.

16. Changes to this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as RingOn develops new products, services, or data practices or as laws change. We will post the updated date at the top and provide additional notice when required by law.

17. Contact us.
